What makes w 304 and 302 steels differ from one? Are you interested in how they are similar because they’re both kinds of stainless steel? The video teach us to discern the difference between these two kinds of stainless steels as well as how they differ and similar.
As they’re made of the same materials, these stainless steels appear similar. These materials are nickel, carbon, chromium, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, and silicon. There are various amounts of each of the materials which make up the stainless steel, which make them either 304 , or 302. Both are durable as well.
Now onto the differences These two types of steel have different strength of tensile. The 304 stainless is 85,000 PSI whereas the 302 is 90,000. The 302 stainless is more robust and much less likely to be a reaction to solvents, chemicals and acid. Additionally, there’s a tiny variation in the resistance to temperature between the two varieties of steel.
Go through the whole video to find out more about the differences and similarities between the two kinds that are made from stainless steel. Through this video, there visuals and graphs that highlight these differences and the similarities.
